Disclaimer: The yoga therapy components of our course(s) are based on Bridget Yanni's Massage License which holds Certifications in Numerous Body Therapy Modalities that can be translated into Yoga instruction, as well as her  Yoga Therapy Certification through IAYT.  These Therapies include; Neuromuscular integrative Bodywork and Massage techniques; Polarity Therapy which incorporates hands on assists as well as exploration of the Chakras, Gunas, and the Elements; Positional Therapy (SCM/MET); Iliopsoas Release; Iliosacral- Syndrome; and Reiki Energy Balancing., not derived from our status as an RYS® with Yoga Alliance Registry.

Our 200 Hr. Teacher Training

Our 200 Hr. Teacher Training is a Therapeutic approach to a Traditional Hatha Yoga System. Much focus is put on Anatomy through Structural Alignment study. Graduates learn specifically how to work with a raw beginner in Asana practice as well as safely moving students to stronger levels of practice. There is also a strong focus on traditional studies of Yoga: History, Philosophy, Pranayama and Teaching Methodologies. This course also introduces some Energy work modalities such as Polarity Therapy, Reiki and Jin Shin Jytsu as a way of studying the 'Wireless Anatomy' and Chakra systems.      

Upon completion students will recieve a 200 HR certificate in Ammayanni Yoga level

Ammayanni Yoga 300 Hr. Teacher Training focuses on working with students and clients privately to assist and facilitate structural balance through physical movements (asana) and energy movement, through pranayama and hands-on assists. Students learn to work with the Tattvas via the AYT-PT protocols derived from Polarity and Positional Therapy Techniques. Students also are trained in AYT-PT Group sessions; there are six group classes that work systematically together and a basic Body Balance for introducing new students to the AYT-PT method. Students also study:

Yoga Doctrine & Philosophy
Teaching Methodology
Business & Ethics

Due to the material of this program we are accepting 22 Students.

 Upon Completion Students will receive a certificate in AYT-PT Advanced Yoga Therapy.
